The room is private, furnished, with an openable window, heating and a lock or key. It is both the legal baseline and the first sign of mutual respect.
- Bed, desk, storage and a good mattress.
- Private space respected: no entry without an invitation.
- Electricity, water and heating included.
- Wi-Fi name and password handed over on arrival.
House rules
A written handbook prevents misunderstandings. Personalise it with your family, then review and sign it together on day one.
- Kitchen and shared-space time slots.
- Shared meals, allergies and food to avoid.

Emergencies and useful contacts
In an emergency everyone must know what to do. Post the numbers somewhere visible.
