AuPair Connect connects host families and international au pairs on a platform designed to make cultural exchanges accessible, transparent and safe — in France and internationally. Unlike established players in the sector, searching, the compatibility score and the first exchanges are free, with no entry fee.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make the au pair exchange reliable and frictionless. Every match is built on contact-verified profiles, a multi-criteria compatibility algorithm (parenting style, schedule, household tasks, driving, diet), contracts aligned with local regulations, and human support at every step of the journey — from application to settling in with the host family.

Our Verification Process
Every profile has a verified contact point from sign-up: a verified email address or a connected Google phone number. This step, systematic and non-optional, guarantees that every member can actually be reached and reduces the presence of ghost profiles.
In addition, voluntary KYC certification is offered to VIP members of the paid plan. It covers identity — via Stripe Identity (OCR, data validation and liveness check on an official document), proof of address and, depending on the country, a criminal record check. The "Certified" badge is only shown publicly once this KYC is validated.
On every profile, transparency indicators (average response time, last activity) let you gauge a member's real responsiveness, whether certified or not.
How We Keep Content Reliable
We choose to delegate legal analysis and regulatory monitoring to a robust, supervised AI expert system. It continuously cross-checks institutional sources — Service-Public.fr, Légifrance, France-Visas, Urssaf and Pajemploi — and guarantees that the legal and tax data published on the site stays fresh.
Each fact sheet, guide or comparison is then reviewed by our Compliance Team before publication: cited information is sourced and dated, and the whole is revised every six months.
Legal Transparency of the Company
The platform is published by AuPair Connect SAS, a legal entity currently being registered, whose project is carried by its founder, Cédric TAMBOISE. AuPair Connect puts transparency first: as soon as the registration number, registered office and official legal information are received, they will be published in this section. Until then, no data is invented or anticipated.
