Are search and first messages free?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching and first exchanges are 100% free, for families and au pairs alike. No credit card is required to get started.
How much do VIP family plans cost?
VIP family plans start at €19.99/month (recommended 3-month plan, €59.99 total). There is also a 1-month plan at €29.99 and a 6-month plan at €89.99 (that is €14.99/month).
What about au pairs?
Au pair VIP is a one-time €9.99 payment that unlocks unlimited messaging for life, with no subscription or auto-renewal. It can also be unlocked for free through in-app referral.
Where do payment and renewal happen?
Payment happens only in the mobile app, through the App Store or Google Play. No payment is made on this site. The 6-month plan is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Family plans are non-renewing purchases: they end automatically when the period expires, with nothing to cancel. You can pick up a plan again later straight from the app.
