Identity verification is an optional paid extra (VIP). No automatic charge when the offer ends.
Family What happens when the offer ends?
Conversations started during the offer stay open afterwards: you can still reply in them. To write to new profiles you go back to the free allowance (3 free conversations in total) or choose a VIP plan. Nothing is charged automatically and no plan is subscribed on your behalf.

No. Identity verification stays optional and is part of VIP (“Certified” badge). You do not need it to enjoy the offer.

Family How much do VIP family plans cost?
VIP family plans start at €19.99/month (recommended 3-month plan, €59.99 total). There is also a 1-month plan at €29.99 and a 6-month plan at €89.99 (that is €14.99/month).
Au pair What about au pairs?
During the “Free for everyone” offer, the app is free for any profile published with a photo, unlimited conversations included. Afterwards, VIP is a one-time payment of €9.99 that unlocks unlimited messaging for life, with no subscription or auto-renewal, and the “founding member” lifetime VIP access is offered at €4.99. In-app referral also gives 30 days of VIP to you and the person you invite, once their profile is complete and their first payment is validated.
