1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the AuPair Connect website and related services intended to connect host families with international au pairs.

2. Accounts and verification

Using matching services may require creating an account. Profiles may be subject to identity verification as well as a references or criminal record check.

3. User obligations

Each user agrees to provide accurate information and to comply with the host country's regulations relating to hosting an au pair (agreement, declaration, minimum salary).

4. Liability

AuPair Connect acts as a marketplace. Agreements concluded between families and au pairs are the sole responsibility of the parties. AuPair Connect is not a party to host agreements.
